Founders
Jenny Figueroa was born and raised in the Philippines, where she pursued her nursing education before moving to Washington State. With over 25 years of experience in home care, supported living, and adult family home services, she has worked extensively with seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, and mental health needs. As a direct care professional, administrator, and provider, Jenny brings a well-rounded perspective and a strong commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being.
Matt Perrine is a Washington native and a graduate of the University of Washington. Matt’s connection to senior and in-home care is both personal and deeply rooted. Professionally Matt’s career has been in the technology sector, serving as a senior executive with multiple recognized Northwest and U.S.-based companies. Personally, Matt has engaged with numerous professionals in the care industry supporting his mother for more than 30 years post a life-altering brain aneurysm; and through extended family with ownership in senior living communities across Washington and Oregon.
