Founders
Jenny Figueroa has over 25 years of hands-on experience in the in-home care and adult family home industry. Born and raised in the Philippines, Jenny studied nursing before moving to Washington State in 1995. Throughout her career, Jenny has worked as an employee, owner, and partner in in-home care and family home care businesses, giving her a comprehensive perspective on both direct caregiving and care operations. Her experience spans working closely with clients, families, caregivers, and regulatory environments, ensuring care is delivered safely, ethically, and with genuine heart.
Matt Perrine is a Washington native and a graduate of the University of Washington. Matt’s connection to senior and in-home care is both personal and deeply rooted. Professionally Matt’s career has been in the technology sector, serving as a senior executive with multiple recognized Northwest and U.S.-based companies. Personally, Matt has engaged with numerous professionals in the care industry supporting his mother for more than 30 years post a life-altering brain aneurysm; and through extended family with ownership in senior living communities across Washington and Oregon.
